This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Margaret Mylroy alias Kermod als Killey of the Parish of KK Lonnan, she being in perfect mind and memory when she declared the following will:
First she committed her soul to God and her body to a Christian burial
Itm She left and bequeathed to her two sons named Gilbert and William Kermod two shillings British apiece
Itm She left to her daughter Marry Crohan als Kermod a Chist
Itm she left and bequeathed to her daughter Margaret Goan als Mylroy a blue gown
Itm She left and bequeathed one shilling legacy to any other person or persons that could claim any right to her effects and she also declared in our presence that she was revoking and setting aside all former wills done by her and this to be her last will and testament, and lastly she appointed and ordained her son Thomas Kermod to be whole and sole extr of the rest of her goods movable or immovable of what nature so ever and this she declared in our presence ..... this 24th of December 1799

- The widow of David Mylderoi snr
- Margaret had been married prior to her wedding to David. She had at least four children in her first marriage to KERMOTT - Thomas, Gilbert, William, Mary
- David & Margaret were married 4th November 1755. They had at least four children: Daniel [b1756-1771], Margaret [b1759], David jnr [b1762] & James [b1764]
- In 1781, David & Margaret settled the family's estate, Close Moar, on their older son, David jnr. Close Moar had been contributed by the Killey family to the Articles of Marriage for David & Margaret in 1755 and David snr had expanded that holding in 1766
- David was buried 29th May 1796, Lonan (MYLRIOU). He was 70 years of age
- Margarett MYLREOIE als KELLY was buried 26th December 1799
